I have configured IIS7 on my Vista Home Premium as it shows in both the online tutorial and the WMV clip. I don't have FTP Publishing Service as one of the options in Windows Features, but other than that everything works the same as the documentation shows. When I get to the part where I type 'http://localhost/' in the browser, all I get is the message "UNABLE TO CONNECT" not the IIS7 welcome page. What do I do now?

I have configured IIS7 on my Vista Home Premium but the SQL Server Report Services set-up does not seem to be able to find it and therefore will not install. What do I need to do to get Report Services loaded in either the Eval or the SQL Server Express Advanced versions? I also tried to install SQL Server SP 2 but it doesn't seem to run on these versions since it shows a status of "Not Valid" for them.
